In addition to one of the largest, most impressive wine lists in the county, Two 40 South features a unique 32-bottle self-serve wine dispensing system, allowing guests the pleasure of sampling a variety of wines with pour options of taste, half glass, and full glass. Guests may also enjoy wine poured directly from the barrel, providing an unique barrel tasting experience, just like you were at a winery. Two 40 South is the only restaurant that uses this proprietary system. An elaborate 12,000-bottle wine vault houses floor to ceiling wine racks, and personal wine lockers. On hand to assist with any questions and pairing suggestions, Two 40 South employs several sommeliers, including General Manager/Mitch Sargent. We routinely visits wineries in Napa Valley, Sonoma, Santa Barbara, Monterey, and other wine regions throughout California selecting the perfect wines to complement Chef Marc's specialty cuisine. Although Two 40 South will primarily feature California wines, we will also highlight wines from throughout the great wine regions of the world.
